Merstham FC Academy is delighted to announce a full time Football and education programme for 24/25 season.

 

This programme is for boys aged 16-19 year-olds.

 

Merstham FC Academy Education Programme aims to enable players to make a successful transition from youth football to the semi-pro and professional game with direct pathway into the first team.

 

The academy will partner with Merstham Park School to offer outstanding training facilities.

 

Football Programme.

1. Brand new 4G pitch.

2. Brand new Gym facility and S&C area.

3. Games in the Alliance league on the MFC first team pitch.

4. Training by full time professional football coaches.

 

Education Programme

1. Students will be offered bespoke education programme.

2. NCFE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity.

3. Potential pathway to University, professional or semi-professional football.

4. ⁠Education programme to be delivered by JACE Training to ensure learners have a first-class educational experience to fully equip them for their future beyond their time with us.

 

What to Expect:

• 6-8 hours of top-class coaching per week delivered by FA and UEFA qualified coaches

• Comprehensive fixtures programme including showpiece fixtures

• Nutrition, strength, fitness and analysis programmes.
